Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes a USPS or UPS tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. If your order has not arrived within these guidelines, please contact yoonyjunservice@gmail.com.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have reviewed all information prior to finalizing your purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept? Can I use PayPal?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Link.
Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Yes! We currently accept orders from residents worldwide. Additional shipping costs may be applied.
Why am I being charged additional customs fees for my order?
For customers outside the United States, please be aware you may be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. If you refuse your package at delivery, you will be refunded for the cost of the order, but will still be charged for shipping. Please do your research on your country's customs policies before ordering.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
